Cosmetology is my passion. I am a licensed cosmetologist and I love everything that has to do with beauty. I know almost everything there is to know about the beauty industry. The one thing that interests me the most is the health of hair. It is very important to keep your hair healthy. Many people don't know how to take care of their hair. Some people think that if they wash their hair every day, their hair will stay clean and healthy. However, what they don't know is that washing your hair daily causes the hair to lose shine. Your hair needs shine to protect the cuticle of the hair strands. Also, people tend to damage their hair by applying chemicals and excessive heat to it. This causes breakage to the hair, which makes the hair very unhealthy.
In this project, I will be talking about the different ways to keep your hair looking healthy. I will state some myths that people believe about keeping their healthy, and I will argue these myths with real facts. It really irritates me when someone thinks that they are taking care of their hair when they are actually destroying it.
I plan to show some different ways that people damage their hair and I will give some advice on how they can avoid destroying their hair. I will use Powerpoint for this project and use each slide to argue a different myth. Additionally, I would like to find some photos to show exactly what i mean. My goal is to prove that it is easy to take care of your hair.

This project should be very useful to me seeing as that I'm not exactly sure how to keep my hair healthy. Only recently have I noticed a dramatic change in my hair and since then it has been one of my biggest concerns.
Being a "typical guy" I admit I know nothing about taking care of my hair. I don't even choose my own shampoo, I just use whatever my fiance buys. My hair is getting thin in recent years and I wonder if you'll cover that topic in your project. This sounds like an interesting topic that I know nothing about.
Now this is what im trying to see! A break on all of these horrible things that goes on in the world, lets see how to keep our hair done! I admire your passion on the subject and look forward to seeing your slides!!!
